WIFI Code
Acorn Cottage has high speed broadband. The BT Hub is on the kitchen countertop. To connect you can scan the QR code to the left or:

Should you have problems logging on, check that the light on the Hub is Blue, if not press the reset button on the side.
Music System
Acorn Cottage has an Alexa Echo, equipped with Amazon Music Unlimited's 70 million songs, available for you to use. Look under the instructions in the Kitchen Section for how to get started with it.
Central Heating
Our home has a central heating system. You will find a panel hanging on the cabinet in the kitchen (above the wifi router). The heating is set to come on a scheduled times during the day, but by flicking the switch on the bottom left of the panel you can switch it on permanently. Note – on the bottom right of each radiator is it’s own thermostatic controller, so you can control the temperature in each room. 1 is lowest and 5 is highest.
The electric towel radiators in the bedrooms are switched on by the sockets in the bedroom. This is next to the bedside locker in the front bedroom and under the television in the back bedroom.
Pets
We ask that your pets sleep downstairs.
We understand that pets do like to snuggle up with their owners on the sofas so we ask that you put the Furryababy provided over the sofas. If they are not out on arrival please check in the cupboard underneath the stairs.
If you use the pet towel from the Boot Room we ask that when you leave please place it on the floor inside the kitchen door so it will be cleaned.
Smoking Policy
Acorn Cottage is a non-smoking cottage. Smoking is permitted in the garden.
Window Keys
Keys are in each of the windows. We ask that you ensure they are locked before you leave.

The fire extinguisher and fire blanket are in the kitchen to the right of the sink.

At the end of a satisfying, but sometimes wet and muddy(!), day discovering Yorkshire we hope our boot room will help you dry out and face it all again tomorrow! You will find a sink and "MudDaddy" for washing boots or dogs, a dog/bike dryer, boot dryer and a selection of bike tools that might come in handy.
